Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the learned Presiding Officer, State Education Tribunal, Bhubaneswar had passed the order dated 02.11.2012 directing the present opposite parties to approve the posts of the present petitioners and to release grant-in-aid in their favour in terms of the Grant-in-Aid Order, 1994. FAO No.276 of 2015 filed by the petitioner challenging the said order of the Tribunal was dismissed by this Court vide order dated 01.10.2015 on the ground of delay. SLP(C) No.12548 of 2017 filed by the State assailing the order dated 01.10.2015 of this Court was also dismissed by the Hon’ble apex Court vide order dated 08.12.2017 giving liberty to the interveners to approach the appropriate forum for redressal of his/ her grievance. The State Government again filed a review petition before the Hon’ble apex Court in Review Petition (C) No.2132 of 2018, but the same was dismissed by the Hon’ble apex Court vide order dated 17.07.2018. The petitioners had also filed an execution petition bearing Execution Case No.58 of 2013 in which, the learned Presiding Officer, State Education Tribunal, Odisha, Bhubaneswar vide order dated 05.12.2019 directed the present opposite parties to comply the order dated 02.11.2012 of the Tribunal within 21 days which has not yet been complied with by the opposite parties.

In such view of the matter, Mr. Y.S.P. Babu, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State is directed to obtain instructions regarding implementation of the order of the Tribunal within fifteen days hence, failing which, contempt proceeding will be started against the authorities concerned.
