Judgment
Ms. Rao, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioners. She had moved the writ petition on 24th February, 2023. She refers to said order. Paragraphs 1 and 2 from it are reproduced below.
“1. Ms. Rao, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioners and submits, her clients had moved this Court earlier by WP(C) no.28659 of 2022, disposed of by our order dated 15th December, 2022 giving liberty to her clients, inter alia, to move the appropriate government for issuance of reference order under sub-section (5) in section 12, Industrial Disputes Act, 1947. Her clients did so by their letter dated 23rd December, 2022 but, nothing has happened. Hence, they are again before Court.
Petitioners will serve office of Deputy Solicitor General, copy of the petition as well as this order.”
Ms. Rao submits, service was duly effected. Her clients want consideration of their representation dated 23rd December, 2022 by the appropriate government being opposite party no.1.
Mr. Nayak, learned advocate, Central Government Counsel appears on behalf of Union of India. He submits, the representation will be duly dealt with.
Petitioners will serve this order and copy of said representation dated 23rd December, 2022 to opposite party no.2. Said opposite party is directed to consider the representation and take appropriate action thereon with information to petitioners, within three weeks thereof.
The writ petition is disposed of.
