Judgment
Dinesh Mehta, J
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if the District Supply Officer is directed to consider his representation dated 08.02.2021 in relation to revival of his license, expeditiously.
The present writ petition is, therefore, disposed of with the direction to the petitioner to address a fresh representation before the District Supply Officer along with photostat copy of the earlier representation dated 08.02.2021 and a certified copy of the order instant.
In case representation is addressed within two weeks from today, the District Supply Officer shall consider the same, in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within a period of six weeks from the receipt thereof.
It is made clear that aforesaid direction to decide the representation has been issued only with a view to ensure expeditious redressal of petitioner's grievance. The same may not be construed to be an order to decide the representation in a particular manner.
The stay application also stands disposed of accordingly.
