Judgment

The petitioner has preferred the present writ petition to seek a direction to the respondents to ensure that the payment of all the post retiral dues of the petitioner such as GPF, leave encashment, gratuity , regular pension, etc. along with arrears and penal interest is made to him.
We put it to the learned counsel for the petitioner that the dispute, raised by the petitioner, is squarely covered within the jurisdiction of the Uttarakhand Public Services Tribunal. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petition may be disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the present writ petition as the petitioner’s representation, and to take a decision thereon in a time-bound manner.
We, accordingly, dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the respondents to consider the present writ petition as the petitioner’s representation in respect of his claim, and to dispose of the same within two months. In case, the petitioner still has any grievance remaining, it shall be open to the petitioner to raise a claim before the Uttarakhand Public Services Tribunal.
