Judgment
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing for the State.
Defects, as pointed out by the office, are ignored. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Sissai P.S. Case No. 69 of 2018 (G.R. No. 422 of 2018 & S.T. No. 101 of 2019), registered for the offences punishable under section 302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected in B.A. No. 2979 of 2019. It appears that out of six charge sheet witnesses two witnesses have been examined. It further appears that on the confession of both the petitioners the knife used in the commission of the offence was recovered. Although, learned counsel for the petitioners has stated about the petitioners being in custody since 16.08.2018, but, considering the nature of the offence and the participation of the petitioners which appears from their confessional statement leading to recovery, I am not inclined to reconsider the prayer for bail of the petitioner which is once again rejected.
