Admit. Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

The prayer in this writ petition is for a direction to respondents 2 to 4 to measure the property of the petitioner covered by Exts.P1 to P5 documents. There is also a prayer for a direction to respondents 2 to 4 to give a copy of the sketch/pattayam/order of assignment of L.A. 98/95 of Chengala Village to the petitioner.

Pending the writ petition, the petitioner has preferred an application in the prescribed form for survey and measurement of the properties. The copy of the said application has been produced as Ext.P7 along with I.A.No. 1 of 2022.

In the above circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P7, after making necessary measurements and demarcations and after hearing the petitioner and other affected parties, at the earliest, at any rate, within T.R. Ravi, Jfour months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment.
