MINI PUSHKARNA, J (ORAL):

The present petition has been filed alleging non-compliance of the order dated 26th September, 2026, passed in W.P.(C) 9535/2023, wherein, directions had been issued in the following manner:

A reply has been filed on behalf of respondent no. 1, along with which, an Office Memorandum dated 13th June, 2024 issued by the Directorate General of Foreign Trade, Department of Commerce, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India, has been attached. The said Office Memorandum reads as under:

Perusal of the aforesaid shows that the order as passed by this Court dated 26th September, 2026, stands duly complied.
