Judgment
A. Muhamed Mustaque, J
The main grievance highlighted by the petitioner-mother is that the children have been directed to be produced before the Family Court on the Second Onam day to have an interaction with the father between 10 am to 4 pm. The petitioner also has a grievance against the similar direction in the impugned order allowing the father to have the custody of the children on 22nd day of December.
Though notice has been served, none appeared.
In regard to the first objection, we are of the view that the impugned order has to be set aside to the extend as above. However, we allow the father to have interaction with the children at the mother's house on 01.09.2023 between 10 am to 11 am. The petitioner is given the liberty to raise objections to granting custody on 22nd day of December, if the petitioner faces any inconvenience on that day. In that case, the Family Court can address the issue at appropriate stage. It is to be noted that today the petitioner is present before this Court.
This original petition is disposed of as above.
