Judgment
Devan Ramachandran, J
When this matter was called today, both sides were unison in their submissions that the issues in this case are covered by Ext.P3 judgment.
I, therefore, deem it necessary to grant reliefs to the petitioner herein also as was done in the case of the persons who have obtained Ext.P3 judgment.
Resultantly,
(a) The competent Authority of the University will take up Ext.P2 and dispose it of within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment .
(b) In the meanwhile, subject to the afore decision, the petitioner will be allowed to appear for the internal examination scheduled on 02.12.2022 or any other examination that he would be entitled to, but for the punishment imposed upon him, provisionally, subject to all other eligibility requirements being satisfied.
(c) The results of the examination, however, shall be declared only in conformity with the decision to be taken by the competent Authority of the University in terms of (a) above.
(d) It goes without saying that since the order of suspension is still in force against the petitioner, he will enter the campus of the College only for the purpose of examinations and will not go to any other place therein, which shall be confirmed and ensured by the Principal through the competent Officers/staff under him.
