Judgment

By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has sought the following reliefs:-
(i) That the respondent be directed to consider the representation (Annexure P-7) filed by the petitioner qua the objections related to the answer key of TET (Arts) by sending the same to some subject expert within a time bound manner as per the past practice of respondent and declare the result of the petitioner afresh.
(ii) That the respondent be directed to correct the answer of question No.92 of question booklet of D series from “C” to “A” as mentioned in the provisional answer key.”
The case of the petitioner is that Teacher Eligibility Test was conducted by respondent No.1 on the basis of notification dated 02.05.2023. The petitioner appeared in the said test. Vide notification dated 27.07.2023, a provisional answer key was uploaded by respondent No.1 and objections to the uploaded answer key were invited. The grievance of the petitioner is that certain answers, which were correct in the provisionally uploaded answer key have now been changed in the final answer key that has been published by respondent No.1 and said answers are incorrect. He further submitted that a representation in this regard has been made by the petitioner, copy whereof is appended with the petition as Annexure P-7 and interest of justice would be served in case respondent No.1 is directed to decide the said representation and look into the issues raised by the petitioner therein.
Learned counsel for the respondent-Board submits that the representation will be decided within a period of one week from today. Her statement is taken on record.
In view of the above, the petition stands disposed of with the direction that the representation of the petitioner Annexure P-7 dated 25.08.2023, be positively decided within a period of one week from today and result thereof be conveyed to the petitioner.
