ORDER
One IB petition being no. as C.P.(I.B.) 184/2018 has already been admitted against the Corporate Debtor i.e. AMW Motors Ltd. on 01.09.2020. In view of that, the instant petition become infructuous.
Accordingly, the instant petition is dismissed as infructuous.
The Petitioner is at liberty to put his claim before the IRP/RP.
