Admit. Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.
The prayer in the writ petition is for a direction to the 5th respondent to effect mutation and to issue all revenue certificates such as Location Sketch, ROR, Possession Certificate, Genuinity Certificate etc. with respect to the property covered by Ext.P1. Reliance is placed on Ext.P7 judgment. This Court in W.P.(C) No.25156 of 2021, which is rendered in similar circumstances, has held that there is no reason to deny mutation and all that is required is to protect the interest of the State if, any action has to be taken regarding the properties in question. I do not find any reason to take a different view.
This writ petition is hence allowed. The 5th respondent is directed to effect mutation and issue all revenue certificates such as Location Sketch, ROR, Possession Certificate, Genuinity Certificate etc. with respect to the property covered by Ext.P1 to the petitioner within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. This order is without prejudice to any action that may be initiated by the respondents under the Kerala Land Reforms Act.
