ORDER
Mr. Antony Vincent, Operational Creditor along with counsel present. Counsel for the Respondent present. Both stated that the matter has been settled between them and to that effect they filed joint memo and prayed to permit withdrawal of the CP. Petitioner and his counsel also endorsed the same on CP. Permission is granted. Memo is taken on record which forms part of the order. In view of the memo, this petition bearing CP (IB) No.134/9/HDB/2019 is closed as withdrawn.
