Heard on I.A.No.6804/2024 which is an application under Section 482 read with Chapter 2 Rule 30-A of the M.P. High Court Rules to change of address of the applicant from "107, Shri Ji Heights, Senior Shri Ji Garden Gowardhan Godh, Mathura (Uttar Pradesh)" to "1701, Tower No.7, Orange County, Indrapuram Gaziabad (Uttar Praesh)".
The grievance of the petitioner is that although his bail application was allowed by this Court vide order dated 22.6.2023 passed in MCRC.No.15595/2023 with certain conditions which the petitioner has already complied with and even he has also furnished the bail bond but he has not been released on bail on account of his address in bail application as in the aforesaid bail application the address is stated to be "107, Shri Ji, Heights, Senior Shri Ji Garden Gowardhan Godh, Mathura (Uttar Pradesh)", however, the petitioner was arrested from Gaziabad and his address was "1701, Tower No.7, Orange County, Indrapuram Gaziabad (Uttar Pradesh)".
In such circumstances, counsel for the applicant seeks to change the address of the applicant as mentioned in the aforesaid bail order from "107, Shri Ji, Heights, Senior Shri Ji Garden Gowardhan Godh, Mathura (Uttar Pradesh)" to "1701, Tower No.7, Orange County, Indrapuram Gaziabad (Uttar Pradesh)"
Prayer appears to be reasonable.
In view of the same, I.A.No..6804/2024, stands allowed, and it is directed that in the bail order MCRC.No.15595/2023 which was allowed and disposed of by this Court vide order 22.6.2023, the address of the petitioner 107 Shri Ji Heights, Senior Shri Ji Garden, Gowardhan Godh, Mathura (Uttar Pradesh)" be read as "1701, Tower No.7, Orange County, Indrapuram Gaziabad (Uttar Pradesh)".
Since the petitioner has complied with all the bail conditions and the fact that he has already furnished the bail bond, the learned judge of the concerned trial Court is requested to issue a fresh release order and the petitioner shall be released at the earliest.
Accordingly, I.A.No.6804/2024 stands allowed and disposed of.
