This is an application for placing on record Annexures P-5 to

P-9.

Allowed as prayed for. Annexures P-5 to P-9 are taken on

record subject to all just exceptions.

This petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.PC for grant

of regular bail in case FIR No.70 dated 08.04.2017 registered under

Sections 420, 376, 498-A, 120-B IPC at Police Station Talwandi Sabo,

District Bathinda.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner is

father-in-law of the complainant and has been falsely implicated in this

case. There is a matrimonial dispute between the complainant and her

husband - son of the petitioner. He further submits that the co-accused of

the petitioner has already been granted bail by this Court vide order dated

30.05.2017. The petitioner is behind the bar since 08.04.2017.

Learned State counsel has placed on record the custody

certificate of the petitioner in Court, which is taken on record and has

opposed the prayer for bail.

Having heard counsel for the parties, this Court is of the view

that the prayer made in the present petition merits acceptance. Without

making any observations on merits and keeping in view the age of the

petitioner, he is held entitled to the benefit of bail. Petitioner, Anoop Singh

be enlarged on bail subject to satisfaction of the trial Court/Duty Magistrate,

Bathinda.

The present petition stands disposed of.
