Despite the writ petitioner completing almost three years of service at the station concerned, he has been transferred through impugned transfer order of 26.6.2021 (Annexure P-2) to some another station.

Consequently, the afore completion of the normal tenure at the station concerned, by the petitioner, does not enable him to redress his grievance before this Court.

Though this Court for the aforestated reason, does not find any merit, in the instant petition, nonetheless, for ensuring that no hardship is encumbered, upon him, hence for any reason either personal or for any critical ailments besetting his family members, it is open to the writ petitioner to make a representation, within one week, to the respondent concerned, detailing therein the stations of his choice, which shall be considered sympathetically by the respondent concerned, within two weeks thereafter. Needless to say, opportunity of personal hearing shall be afforded to the petitioner, and, a speaking order shall be passed by the respondent concerned. Liberty is also reserved to the petitioner to file appropriate proceedings before appropriate Forum, if he still remains aggrieved. Till, the, representation of the petitioner is decided by the respondent concerned, the parties are directed to maintain status quo qua the transfer of the petitioner in terms of order dated 26.6.2021 (Annexure P-2). All pending applications stand disposed of accordingly.
