ORDER

Ld. Counsel for the parties present. Vide Order dated 25.09.2019 in CP (IB) 3025/2019 CIRP has already been initiated against the Corporate Debtor. In view of this, petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty granted to the Operational Creditor to raise their claim with IRP appointed in the matter.
