This writ petition was filed by the petitioner aggrieved against the respondents not calling her for interview pursuant to advertisement dated 13.01.2022.

By way of interim order passed by the Court on 10.05.2022 the petitioner was directed to be interviewed by the respondents, subject to the final outcome of the present petition, however, it was directed that her result shall not be declared.

Today, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been interviewed by the respondents.

Counsel appearing for the respondent University submits that only on account of some misinterpretation on the part of the respondents, the petitioner was initially not called, however, in terms of the interim order, the petitioner has already been interviewed.

In view of fact situation, the writ petition filed by the petitioner has been rendered infructuous, the same is therefore, dismissed as having become infructuous. The respondents may now declare the result of the petitioner.
