Ld. Counsel for the Liquidator states that they don't have any objection, if this appeal is allowed, as this is the claim filed by the workmen, seeking condonation of delay in filing the claim and requesting direction to the Liquidator for accepting the claim.
Ld. Counsel Ms. Meena Mishra for the appellant states that there is a delay of 36 days, which may be condoned.
We allow the appeal thereby condone the delay 36 days in filing the claim before Liquidator. Let, appropriate claim be filed before Liquidator and the same be dealt as per law.
Ld. Counsel for the Liquidator requests that after admitting the claim, Liquidator may be permitted to modify the list of Stakeholders. Request is granted.
