Arindam Sinha, J
Mr. Mohanty, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client had filed objection regarding genuineness of caste certificate issued to opposite party no.6, in Misc. case no.517 of 2009 pending before the Tahasildar. The objection is dated 7th October, 2020. Said objection has not been considered. To that effect his client also made representations.
On query from Court Mr. Mohanty submits, the case has not yet been disposed of.
Ms. Patnayak, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State.
In dealing with Misc case no.517 of 2009 the Tahasildar must consider and deal with petitioner’s objection petition dated 7th October, 2020, filed in it. It appears the objection relies on documents. The misc case should be dealt with within three months from communication. Court has not noticed opposite party no.6 since, no direction has been made to prejudice said opposite party.
The writ petition is disposed of.
