The present application has been filed by Ms. Anjali Jalan (‘Applicant’) to initiate Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (‘CIRP’) against M/s Jaipur Dream Buildcon Private Limited (‘Corporate Debtor’) under Section 9 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy code (‘IBC’) for alleged default on the repayment of Operational Debt amounting to Rs. 32,39,347/- (Rupees Thirty-Two Lakhs Thirty-Nine Thousand Three Hundred and Forty-Seven Only).
It is pertinent to mention herein that CIRP against the Corporate Debtor has been initiated in CP No. (IB)- 285/9/JPR/2019 in the matter of Mr. Rajesh Kumar Jalan vs. Jaipur Dream Buildcon Pvt Ltd vide order dated 31.08.2022. Hence, the Petitioner/ Applicant herein is directed to submit his claim before the IRP who shall duly consider the same.
In case of any settlement, or withdrawal or setting aside of the Order of/in the CP No. (IB)- 385/9/JPR/2019, the Applicant herein is at liberty to approach this Authority.
In view of the foregoing this Application under Section 9 of the Code for initiation of CIRP against the Corporate Debtor is disposed of.
