Notice was issued on 30.06.2022 to the Respondents. The matter was fixed on 21.07.2022. The report shows that notices are awaited. The matter was then fixed on 05.08.2022. Learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that Respondent No.1 is a practicing Advocate in this Court and his residential address is at Plot No.6, N-2, CIDCO, which is at the distance of ten minutes from this Court.
It is surprising that the Pundlik Nagar Police Station is neither serving the notice, nor returning it. It shows that the report is deliberately not returned to the Court. The Registry is directed to inform the concerned Police Station and to submit the report to this Court by 02:30 pm.
Place the matter today at 02:30 pm. Registry to inform the P. I. of the concerned Police Station.
