Judgment
Justice Kurian Joseph, C.J.—This writ petition is filed with the following reliefs:
" That respondents be directed to settle the matter among themselves in such a manner that the petitioner be allowed to sit in the examination of Plus Two Class held in the month of March 2012 and the rejection letter dated 29.12.2011 Annexure P-3 may kindly be quashed and set aside, result of the petitioner for Class XII examination can be declared. If they are unable to do so, the Hon''ble Court may issue necessary mandamus to them for the purpose."
By an interim order dated 31.1.2012, petitioner has been permitted to appear in 10+2 examination provisionally.
Heard counsel for the petitioner and the respondent. In the facts and circumstances of the case, there will be a direction to the Chairman of the respondent Board, to treat the writ petition as representation and pass appropriate order thereon, in accordance with law, equity and justice, within one month from today. Writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending CMPs, if any.
