Learned Advocate Mr. Suhas Parab waives service on behalf of respondent Nos.2, 3 and 4.
Issue notice to the remaining respondents for final hearing at the admission stage returnable on 15 June 2022.
The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the complaint dated 22 October 2021 for taking action against the illegal construction of the compound wall has been made to the respondent Nos.1 to 4. The learned Advocate submits that due to construction of the wall, the access to his house has been completely blocked. The learned Advocate submits that the respondent Nos.1 to 4 are required to act upon the complaint dated 22 October 2021 at the earliest. The learned Advocate submits that the concrete action has not been initiated to redress the grievance of the petitioner.
The learned Advocate appearing for the respondent Nos.2, 3 and 4 submits that the complaint dated 22 October 2021 has been received. The learned Advocate further submits that the necessary action on the complaint dated 22 October 2021 would be taken within five months from today.
The submission made by the learned Advocate on behalf of respondent Nos.2, 3 and 4 is accepted. However, it is made clear that the decision on the complaint dated 22 October 2021 be taken at the earliest and in any case within three months from today in accordance with law.
The appropriate order in the petition would be passed after service of the notice to the remaining respondents.
