Judgment
From the perusal of the order dated 12.11.2021 it appears that the Registry was directed to send an email to the Learned Counsel for the Appellant intimating the next date of hearing.
Today also, when the case was called out nobody appeared on behalf of the Appellant.

Ms. Purti Gupta, Advocate assisted by Ms Heena George, Advocate appears on behalf of the Respondent No. 2 informs this Appellate Tribunal that the Appellant have challenged the order dated 03.03.2020 passed by Adjudicating Authority (National Company Law Tribunal), Principal Bench at New Delhi in Company Petition No. (IB)-712 (PB)/2019 in the instant Appeal where in Application under Section 7 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 was allowed. It is further submitted that during the pendency of the Appeal order of liquidation has been passed, so this instant Appeal is infructuous.
The instant Appeal is dismissed as not pressed.
