V.S. Sirpurkar, C.J.—Allowed to withdraw with liberty to approach the Corporation. If the petitioner approaches the Corporation the said A-75 Form shall be supplied and further action will be taken by the Corporation, without any loss of time as far as possible, not beyond three months. The petitioners agrees to pay the arrears and on payment of the arrears further step will be taken. The petitioner would be free to take objection against the assessment in terms of the provisions of Calcutta Municipal Corporation Act, 1980. If this objection is taken, the same shall also be decided within six weeks thereof. The application and the appeal (treating the same on the day''s list) are dismissed as withdrawn.
