Judgment
Ravindra Maithani, J
Applicant is in judicial custody in Case Crime No.0035 of 2022, under Sections 420, 406, 120B IPC and Sections 4/22 of the Banning of Unregulated Deposit Schemes Act, 2019 and Section 3 of the Uttarakhand Protection of Interests of Depositors (In Finance Establishments) Act, 2005, Police Station- Chamoli, District- Chamoli. He has sought his release on bail.
Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
It is argued by learned counsel for the applicant that co-accused, Kapil Dev Rathi, having similar role, has already been granted bail.
Learned State Counsel admits this fact.
Having considered, this Court is of the view that it is a case fit for bail and the applicant deserves to be enlarged on bail.
The bail application is allowed.
Let the applicant be released on bail, on his executing a personal bond and furnishing two reliable sureties, each of the like amount, to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
