As per the order dated 5th October, 2021, the compilation of delay of each applicant has been filed with the registry. Although the said application has been opposed by RP that it is not maintainable since it is composite application on behalf of the number of applicants. As per compilation, the registration number and addresses of the individual applicants with number of days for delay in filing the claim and amount has been mentioned.
Therefore, keeping in view the maximum delay of 47 days and in the interest of justice, we deem it a fit case that the delay in filing the claim with RP can be condoned, the objection filed by the RP is rejected and therefore, it is ordered accordingly the application IA No.297/2021 and IA No.298/2021 are allowed and disposed of. The RP shall receive, verify and collate the claim on its own merit uninfluenced by the facts that the delay which has been condoned.

Let composite fresh application be filed with e-mail addresses of all applicants in place of earlier application. Accordingly, the present application stands disposed of.
