Judgment
For the reasons stated in the application, the delay in the filing of the appeal is condoned. The application is allowed.
Connect with appeal no.405 of 2021 Sarbananda Gattani vs. SEBI and Ors. and list on 1st September, 2021 for admission. In the meanwhile, the
respondent may file a reply on or before the next date.
Parties are directed to contact the Registrar 48 hours before the date fixed to find out as to whether the hearing would take place through video
conferencing or through physical hearing.
