Judgment
Kurian Joseph, C.J.—In both the petitions, Petitioners claim that they have been working as Architectural Senior Draftsman, though they have infact been appointed only as Beldar and Work Inspector, on daily wage basis. All that the Petitioners submit is that they may be regularized as Architectural Senior Draftsman with effect from the date they have been working as such. Learned Counsel for the Respondents point out that taking note of their service, they have already been regularized as such from 2007. But, it is the submission of the Petitioners that they are entitled to be regularized since 2003, from which date, they have been actually working as Draftsman. They also submit that they do not want any monitory benefits but only the seniority with effect from the date since they have been working as such.
Alongwith the supporting materials, the Petitioners may file appropriate individual representations before the first Respondent, in which case, the first Respondent will examine the matter with reference to the records made available by the Petitioners,after affording opportunity for hearing the Petitioners and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law and justice, within another three months.
With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of, so also the pending application(s), if any.
