Judgment
Govind Mathur, J.—This petition for writ is preferred to challenge the order dated 02.9.2004 passed by learned District Judge, Rajsamand while exercising the powers u/s 24 of Hindu Marriage Act. By the order impugned, the learned District Judge awarded maintenance to the respondent in a tune of Rs. 2000/-.
The contention of learned Counsel for the petitioner is that the respondent is in the employment of Adarsh Vidhya Mandir, as such, she is not entitled for any maintenance.
I do not find any merit in the argument advanced.
From the order impugned itself, it is clear that two daughters of petitioner and respondent No. 1 are being supported by respondent No. 1 and the court below awarded maintenance in a tune of Rs. 2000/- to maintain them. The order impugned in no manner suffer from any illegality that may warrant interference by this Court while exercising powers under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, as such, the writ petition is dismissed.
