Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the cases of the petitioners are squarely covered by a Division Bench decision of this Court dated

10th of December, 2018 passed in L.P.A. No. 1409 of 2017, which arose out of an order passed in C.W.J.C. No. 4972 of 2015. The petitioners

therein were granted the notional benefit of matric trained scale and all necessary consequential benefits were also accorded to them.

If the cases of the petitioners are similar to the cases of petitioners/appellants of aforesaid L.P.A. No. 1409 of 2017, referred to above, there is no

reason why the petitioners be treated differently.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has also drawn the attention of this Court to an order dated 27th May, 2019 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 3727 of

2015 in which also same issues have been dealt with and a positive order has been passed.

Should the petitioners, under the aforesaid circumstances, make a suitable representation before the District Education Officer, Gaya (respondent

No. 4) within a period of four weeks from today, annexing a copy of this order as well as the orders referred to above, necessary enquiry shall be

made and a reasoned order shall be passed/caused to be passed, providing all consequential benefits to the petitioners, if their claims are found to be

tenable.

With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition stands disposed off.
