Judgment
This revision petition has been filed under section 21(b) of the Act 1986 in challenge to the Order dated 10.07.2018 of the State Commission in appeals no. 88 of 2015 and no. 159 of 2016 arising out of the Order dated 27.01.2015 of the District Commission in complaint no. 40 of 2014.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits on instructions that the petitioner wishes to unconditionally withdraw its revision petition and will comply with the award in its entirety within four weeks from today.
In the wake of the above submission the revision petition no. 263 of 2019 is dismissed as withdrawn, without the option to file it again before this Commission. The petitioner shall be bound by the submission made by its learned counsel and shall comply with the award in its entirety within four weeks from today, failing which the District Commission shall undertake execution, for ‘enforcement’ and for ‘penalty’, as per the law.
The Registry is requested to send a copy each of this Order to the parties in the petition as well as to the learned counsel for the petitioner and to the learned amicus curiae as also to the District Commission immediately. The stenographer is also requested to upload this Order on the website of this Commission immediately.
