The original petition is filed, interalia, to direct the Court of the Subordinate Judge, Irinjalakuda to consider and dispose of O.S.No.224/2020 within a time frame.
Pursuant to the order dated 22.09.2021 passed by this Court, the learned Additional Subordinate Judge, Irinjalakuda, by communication dated 29.09.2021, has informed this Court that the suit can be disposed of within four months.
Heard; Sri.Sadchith P. Kurup, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Sri. Rajesh Chakyat, the learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent and Sri.Vishak K. Johnson, the learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent.
In the light of the pleadings and the materials on record, after perusing the communication of the learned Additional Subordinate Judge and in exercise of the supervisory powers of this Court under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, I direct the Court of the Additional Subordinate Judge, Irinjalakuda to consider and dispose of O.S.No.224/2020 in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate on or before 10.04.2023. The original petition is ordered accordingly.
