B. Bhattacharjee, J

Heard Mr. H.L. Shangreiso, learned Sr. Counsel for the petitioner.

Issue notice returnable in three weeks.

Ms. N.G. Shylla, learned Sr. GA appears for the respondents No. 1,2 and 3 and as such no formal notice is called for in respect of the said respondents. However, the petitioner shall take steps for service of notice upon the respondents No. 4 and 5 within two days.

Learned Sr. GA has raised objection with regard to the disclosure of the name and address of the complainant, who is the sister of the survivor, in the cause title of the application on the ground that the same may lead to identification of the survivor.

The learned Sr. Counsel agrees to correct the details of the complainant, the respondent No.4, by adopting a manner which would not lead to the disclosure of the identity of the survivor.

Petitioner shall ensure that before the steps for service of notice is taken, necessary alteration in the details of the respondent No.4 is made to safeguard interest of the survivor.

List this matter after 3(three) weeks.
