1.

Heard Mr. Vikash Kumar, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr. Niraj Kumar, the learned counsel appearing on behalf

of the respondents.

2.

This writ petition has been heard through Video Conferencing in view of the guidelines of the High Court taking into account the situation arising

due to COVID-19 pandemic. None of the parties have complained about any technical snag of audio-video and with their consent this matter has been

heard.

3.

The petitioner has preferred this writ petition for quashing of letter dated 04.06.2020 and the letter dated 15.06.2020.

4.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner at the outset submits that he is not pressing the prayer no.1 for quashing the letter dated 04.06.2020

whereby he has been transferred in the NDRF battalion. He submits that the petitioner has filed a representation which has not been considered by

Annexure-3 and was returned and for that the petitioner is compelled to move before this Court.

5.

Mr. Niraj Kumar, the learned counsel for the respondents submits that the petitioner has been deputed to NDRF and the competent authority has

returned the representation of the petitioner.

6.

In view of the limited prayer in the writ petition and considering that the representation has not been decided, the writ petition is being disposed of

directing the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the respondent no.1 within a period of three weeks.

7.

If such a representation is filed within the aforesaid period, the respondent no.1 shall consider the case of the petitioner and will pass a reasoned

order within a period of six weeks further thereafter.

8.

With the above observation and direction, the instant writ petition stands disposed of.
