Judgment

1.This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
Learned senior counsel for the petitioner is present.
None appears from the side of the Opposite Party.
Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submitted a date chart along with photo copies of an order passed under Section 16 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, the xerox copy of a judgment reported in (2002) 5 SCC-510. The same are accepted and kept in the record.
It appears from the order dated 10.01.2025 that, the learned counsel for the Opposite Party had submitted that, he had no instruction and the Opposite Party Company has already been liquidated.
Therefore, for the confirmation about the above submissions of the learned counsel for the Opposite Party made on dated 10.01.2025, notice is required to be issued to the Opposite Party asking the Opposite Party, whether, the Opposite Party is interested to prosecute this civil revision or not.
Registry is directed to issue notice in both ways to the Opposite Party, i.e., to its Regional Office at 602, Sahid Nagar, Bhubaneswar as well as to its Registered Office at P-40, Block-B, New Alipore, Kolkata-700 053(West Bengal).
