We have heard the learned counsel for the parties through video conference. The appeal was filed in February, 2020 against the order dated 2nd

January, 2020 disposing of the complaint of the appellant on the SCORES platform. A Misc. Application has been filed indicating that the appellant

died on 21st October, 2020. Proof by way of a death certificate has been filed. Considering the aforesaid we allow the application and direct the

applicants to be substituted. Necessary corrections in the array of parties be carried out by the applicants within a week. List this appeal for admission

and for disposal alongwith other connected appeal nos.129, 130 and 131 of 2020 on 24th December, 2020.

Parties are directed to contact the Registrar 48 hours before the date fixed to find out as to whether the hearing would take place through video

conferencing or through physical hearing.

The present matter was heard through video conference due to Covid-19 pandemic. At this stage it is not possible to sign a copy of this order nor a

certified copy of this order could be issued by the registry. In these circumstances, this order will be digitally signed by the Presiding Officer on behalf

of the bench and all concerned parties are directed to act on the digitally signed copy of this order. Parties will act on production of a digitally signed

copy sent by fax and/or email.
