It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 2 to 5 that the detention order No.01/2026 (CS), dated 08.04.2026, passed by the third respondent, has been revoked by the Advisory Board vide G.O.(Rt) No.167, Co-operation, Food and Consumer Protection (E2) Department, dated 26.05.2026 and to that effect, he has also produced a copy of the said Government Order before this Court.

Recording the same, the habeas corpus petition is closed.
