Instant petition was filed seeking a mandamus for directing the 2nd respondent to look into the affairs of respondent No. 3/Association i.e. Indian Blind and Para Judo Association, Lucknow.

In the absence of the relevant material to reflect that while selecting the team for participation in a tournament being conducted by respondent No. 3, there is an element of State participation, prayer raised in the instant petition cannot be gone into and accepted.
No intervention in the matter is made out.
