Judgment

Heard Mr. Samar Das, learned counsel appearing the petitioner.
In the instant case, the petitioner has raised his grievance for arbitrary deduction of Rs. 10,000/- per month from his salary against the maintenance allowance of his wife. It is the case of the petitioner that he was paying the maintenance allowance regularly to his wife, but sudden deduction of the said maintenance allowance from his salary by the respondents without providing any opportunity to him of being heard is unauthorized and arbitrary.
Mr. Das, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner approached his employer i.e. respondents no. 1 and 2 by submitting a representation. That representation has not been disposed of till today.
In view of this, I direct the respondents to dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner in a speaking order and do the needful in accordance with law. The entire process shall be completed within 3 weeks from today.
With the aforesaid direction, the instant writ petition stands disposed.
Pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed.
