Judgment
The petitioner seeks regular bail in case FIR No.11 dated 17.01.2018, registered at Police Station Sirhind, District Fatehgarh Sahib, under Section 22
of NDPS Act, 1985.
According to the allegations in the FIR, 15 injections of Buprenorphine each of 2 mls. were recovered from the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been in custody since 17.01.2018. The investigation is complete, but examination of
prosecution witnesses has not yet been started. There is no other case pending against the petitioner and therefore, regular bail may be granted to him.

to the record, there is no other case pending against the petitioner.
Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of this case, I deem it appropriate to allow this petition. Accordingly, the petition is allowed and
petitioner-Amrinder Singh, is ordered to be released on bail on his furnishing bail and surety bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court concerned.
