None present.

From the court file it has been observed that on the last occasion the matter was called twice i.e. on 03.10.2022, no representation on the part of the Operational Creditor. Today also even the matter is called twice, none for the Operational Creditor. It seems that the Operational Creditor is not interested in pursuing the case. Hence, C.P.(IB)/265(MB)2022 is dismissed on account of non-prosecution.
