Mr A. Pareek, IRP/Applicant is present. Mr B. Sharma, learned Advocate filed Vakalatnama on behalf of the Respondent/CD and also an undertaking duly signed by Mr G. Saha, suspended Director of CD undertaking to cooperate with the IRP and provide him all the documents/information and data as and when demanded by the IRP.

In view of the above undertaking filed by the suspended Director of the CD, the purpose for which the above I.A.33/2020 stands resolved and no further direction needs to be issued in the above I.A.
