1) The case has been taken up for hearing through video conferencing.

2) Petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.277 dated 05.08.2020 registered under Section 22(c) of the Narcotic Drugs and

Psychotropic Substances Act No.61 of 1985, at Police Station Dabwali Sadar, District Sirsa, Haryana.

3) The petitioner was nominated on the basis of disclosure statement of Rohtash. Rohtash was arrested and the recoveries were effected from him.

4) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of order dated 14.01.2021, the petitioner has joined investigation to the entire

satisfaction of the Investigating Officer.

5) This fact has not been disputed by the learned State Counsel.

6) Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Shailender Kumar, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation to the entire satisfaction

of the Investigating Officer and he is not involved in any other case. The petitioner is no more required for further investigation of the case

7) In view of aforesaid factual position, the interim order dated 14.01.2021 is made absolute. Petitioner shall keep on joining the investigation as and

when required to do so and he shall abide by the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

8) Petition stands disposed of.
