Judgment
Manoj Kumar Tiwari, J
According to the petitioner, he was found using unfair means in a paper of "Alternate Dispute Resolution" of 4th Semester Examination of L.L.B, (Paper Code XX LB-405) and his result of the said paper was cancelled by the Kumaun University with the stipulation that he shall be permitted to re-appear in the said paper.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that authorities of S.S.J. Campus, Almora are not permitting the petitioner to re-appear in the aforesaid paper.
Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Kumaun University submits that Kumaun University has permitted the petitioner to re-appear in the aforesaid paper, in which he was found using unfair means.
In such view of the matter, it is hereby directed that petitioner shall be permitted to re-appear in "Alternate Dispute Resolution" of 4th Semester Examination of the L.L.B in the forthcoming examination to be held in the last week of November, 2021 alongwith 6th Semester Examination of the L.L.B.
With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
Let a certified copy of this order be issued today itself.
