Application under Section 151 of CPC for placing on record affidavit in compliance of the earlier order dated 14.12.2020, is allowed subject to all just
exceptions.

The present writ petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing
the respondents to decide the application submitted by the petitioners and release the fund of Rs.2,50,000/- under the scheme of Mukhya Mantri
Samajik Antarjatiya Vivah Shagun Yojna.
Counsel for the petitioners submits that it is categorical case of the parties that the petitioners have entered into inter caste marriage since the affidavit
now has been filed that petitioner No.1 Amit Kumar is Jaat by caste and is married to petitioner No.2 who belongs to Scheduled Caste. He submits
that he would be satisfied, if the legal notice dated 15.09.2020 (Annexure P-9) is decided within a time bound frame.

Mr. R.K.S. Brar, Additional AG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the State and submits that complete copy of paper-book has not been supplied
to him.
Counsel for the petitioners undertakes to supply the same during the course of the day.
Keeping in view the fact that decision making process is still underway, the present writ petition is disposed of with the directions to respondent Nos.2
and 3 to take a decision on the same whether they are entitled for the financial benefits as per Mukhya Mantri Samajik Antarjatiya Vivah Shagun
Yojna as duly enhanced. In case, the petitioners are found entitled for the said benefits the amount be released to them within a period of 2 months
and if there is legal impediment a reasoned order be passed and communicated to the petitioners.
The present writ petition is disposed of in the above said terms.
