Heard learned counsel for the appellant.
Learned counsel for the appellant is directed to take steps for issuance of notice on Respondents by speed post and email. Requisites alongwith process fee be filed by Tuesday, 14.09.2021. Learned counsel for Respondents are directed to appear and file hard copy of the reply affidavit within four weeks. Rejoinder (hard copy), if any, within one week thereafter.
IA No.1855/2021 has been filed with a prayer for exemption from filing typed copies of annexures filed alongwith with appeal. Having heard the learned counsel for the appellant, IA is allowed to the extent that the appellant to file typed copies of the annexures during the course of the hearing of the matter.
