Jyoti Mulimani, J
Sri.Nandkishore Boob., learned counsel for petitioner and Sri.Veeranagouda Malipatil., learned HCGP for respondents have appeared in person.
The captioned Writ Petition is filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to furnish the petitioner the copy of order classifying him as Rowdy Sheeter/ Goonda and all supporting documents in support of the same as per representation/ application under RTI dated:16.12.2023 vide Annexure-B.
The prayer sought for by the petitioner is to exercise a vested right in the petitioner. In the event of respondents classifying anybody as a Rowdy Sheeter/ Goonda, it is but required that the said order making such classification is furnished, as such a Mandamus is issued directing the respondents to furnish the documents sought for by the petitioner vide Annexure-B to the extent available with the respondents within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
