Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has applied for grant of duplicate mark-sheet of O.T. Technician
Course for the year 2001-02 which has been rejected on untenable grounds against which this writ petition has been preferred by the petitioner.
On the other hand, learned counsel for respondent would submit that petitioner's application will be considered and mark-sheet will be granted by
respondent No. 3 within a period of 30 days.
I have heard learned counsel for the parties.
Be that as it may, the respondent No. 3 - Directorate Of Medical Education, Raipur is directed to take cognizance of the petitioner's application for
grant of duplicate mark-sheet of O.T. Technician Course for the year 2001-02 and decide the same expeditiously within a period of 30 days from the
date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
